jQuery Highlight Effect

Description:

The Highlight effect can be used with effect() method. This highlights the element's background with a specific color, default is yellow.

Syntax:

Here is the simple syntax to use this effect:

selector.effect( "highlight", {arguments}, speed );

Parameters:

  • color: Highlight color. Default is "#ffff99".

  • mode: The mode of the effect. Can be "show", "hide". Default is "show".
