The array_values() function returns an array containing all the values of an array.

Syntax

array_values(array)

Parameter Description
array Required. Specifying an array


Tips and Notes

Hint: The returned array will have numeric keys, starting at 0 and increase by 1.

Example

$a=array("a"=>"Cat","b"=>"Dog","c"=>"Horse");
print_r(array_values($a));
?>

The output of the code above will be:

Array ( [0] => Cat [1] => Dog [2] => Horse )
